A real quick way to convert most file types to .PDF is to use the website http://www.pdfonline.com. You simply choose the file type that you are converting from, select the file that you want to convert, choose a new file name with .pdf, and enter your e-mail. They will convert the file and e-mail it to you within a minute or so of the request.

Another option is to download a freeware program and install it on your machine. Some popular applications include:
