Overview

Windows 7 is a new Operating System produced by Microsoft. Windows 7 released on October 22, 2009. Windows 7 is the last Verizon of Microsoft Operating System series. There are three editions of Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate. Home premium include the basics tools of the windows 7 like browsing the Internet, and viewing photos, Music and video.Windows 7 Professional includes all the tools in Windows 7 home premium in addition it is more internet secure and data protect. Windows 7 success or fail?

It is still early to determine whether windows 7 success or fail, but according to CNN news the computer sales increases 40% after three day from windows 7 releases [5]. This data can’t give wide information if windows 7 success or fail because the customers waited until Microsoft release windows 7 to buy computers.

Several reasons can lead windows 7 to fail. The first reason is the price of windows 7 which is still expensive, and people have to upgrade the hardware for the computers because they was using windows Xp. The Second reason windows 7 is similar to windows vista features which the people don’t like it. The third reason, is windows Xp users they can’t upgrade to windows 7 ,they should buy the full retail.
