Wiki Portal for your pages on Creationism
You might want to look at Portals in Wikipedia, the mediawiki implementation, that is.
Trains has a portal. What it does is pull together a new kind of top page. Compare the wikipedia/trains page to the trains portal page.
When I saw all the creationism-related pages in the Category:WSULibraries I got to thinking that a portal might help organize this. I would like to learn more about portals, and you might have a need, so we might partner on this. Nils Peterson 12:36, 29 Mar 2006 (Pacific Standard Time)
How to Contact a Wiki User
One method is to add a note to the user's "User_talk" page. To get to the user's talk page, begin typing in the browser's "address" or "location" bar:
http://wiki.wsu.edu/wsuwiki/User_talk:
and follow the ":" immediately with the username (WSU network ID). For example, this page is
http://wiki.wsu.edu/wsuwiki/User_talk:Scales
Then click on the "+" just beneath the blue banner on the page to add a note.
The next time the user contacts WSUWiki (logs in, or if already logged in, requests a new page), she or he will be informed that there is a new message waiting on their User_talk page.
Another way to get to the User_talk page is to click on a username where it is highlighted (for example, on a "History" display for a page). Then click "Discussion" just below the blue banner.
