Treasurer Job Description

The treasurer is responsible for the finances of the group. This person maintains the budget and is the group signer of any Purchase Orders along with the faculty Advisor. The treasurer works with the President and Vice-President to work out the annual budget and expected fund raising.

There is also a CUB account for student groups (Registered Student Organizations) which must be maintained. This is to be used as a reimbursement account for small purchases needed immediately (like a box of screws from the hardware store so the boat can be shipped on time).
