Strengths: Its nice that we can see what we need to produce. We also get a template to work off of.

Improvements: There needs to be more specific information on what all goes into the house of quality. What exactly is a customer need, how do we create an engineering metric, how specific is the engineering metric. It would be good to have a completed house on the page so we can get an idea of what we should shoot for.

Insights: We think they were providing a helpful tool, but if you have too many engineering metrics its hard to rework the roof.
