Owner

Lists the owner (a person or group) for this survey. An Edit button lets you change the ownership of the survey.

Enabled

Single Page

• When unchecked (default), the survey will be delivered Paginated
• When checked, the survey will be delivered as a Single Page.

Completion URL

• Blank (default) Uses the system thank you page
• When a fully qualified URL (e.g., http://www.wsu.edu/home.htm) is supplied, the user will be directed to that page when they complete the survey.
