Share Survey Management

The most inclusive way to collaborate on a survey is to allow others to share the role of survey manager.

To to this, add the user to to the folder. With the folder selected:

1. Click on the "gear" above the list of folder names
2. Click on the Membership tab in the dialog that appears
3. Type the user's ID (NID or FID) in the pink box
4. Click "Add" to the right of the pink box
5. Click Save at lower right

Note

This gives the user access to all the surveys in the folder.

**BUG** this only works for WSU Network IDs, and does not work for Friend IDs (FID)
