Respondent Pool Info Keys

Respondent Pool Info Keys are the keys used to describe metadata elements in a respondent pool. An example key would be "College" and the values associated with that key might be "Liberal Arts" and "Engineering."
The Key-Value metadata system gives greater specificity than a tagging system, because the semantics of a value (aka tag) are specified by the Key.
For example, the value "Science" might have several meanings on a single campus, which would be distinquished by different keys:
- College:Science
- Department:Science
- General Education Requirement:Science
- Course Name:Science
