You can add an Image to a survey using the Image element.

1. Click Add Question.
2. Find the Image option
3. Enter the URL to your image.

There are no tools to resize your image in the Image element. Store it at the size you need before adding it to your survey.

If you want to add a video (or embed other media from another website using its embed option) use the Text_Block option rather than this one.

Using the Text Block option will allow adding size information to a picture to resize the display for the user.

NOTE: as of this writing (Aug 08), images are best stored in an SSL server (e.g., URL begins https://)

Confirming that images display correctly

You can Preview a Survey to confirm that images and video are working as expected.
