The page you were on is the Respondent Pool List. It is used to manage groups of respondents to a survey. (See Respondent Pool Definition.)

How to Navigate to this page in the application
Functions on the Respondent Pool List Toolbar
Screen Shot
Create
Creates a New Respondent Pool with keyboard inputs.
Copy
Duplicates a copy of the selected respondent pool(s). Select one or more respondent pools using the check boxes on the left first.
Delete
Deletes the selected respondent pool(s) (with confirmation). Delete is permanent. Select one or more pools using the check boxes on the left first.
Import/Export
Import of respondent pool can come from two sources:
- Respondent pools can be imported from an Excel file. A template for the file to import can be created by Export.
- Section Picker applies to WSU only. It integrates the Respondent Pool Upload function with the University Course Catalog.
Message
Sends a message to the selected respondent pools. Select one or more pools using the check boxes on the left first. (In order to message a respondent pool, one of these [[delivery modes must be used:
- Single URL + AD Auth + AD Group
- Unique URL for each Respondent
- Unique URL for each Respondent with PIN
Clear
This will clear the data associated with a respondent pool (respondent data). Select one or more pools using the check boxe and click Clear. This action is destructive of data and permanent.
Show Filter
Respondent Pool Filter allows filtering of respondent pool lists to aid in management tasks.
Getting a report for an individual respondent pool
From the Respondent Pool List page Quick Reports can be obtained for any respondent pool by clicking the Response Rate percentage for that pool. (see Screen shot)
Managing Dashboard Access to a Respondent Pool
Each respondent pool has a "keys" icon on the far right. This is used to permission users to see the particular pool in the Skylight Dashboard.
Survey Level Properties that impact Respondent Pools
Properties that can be set at the survey level govern the respondent pool unless explicitly overridden by the pool's own values:
- Start/Stop Dates
- Completion URL
