This panel allows the you to add keys to the Respondent Info. These keys can then be used to add specific values to each respondent.

These metadata will be passed out to the report as if the respondent were asked for this information in a survey question. There are several advantages: The values can be supplied from enterprise systems, rather than relying on self-report, and the data can be passed to individuals analyzing the data without compromising the anonymity of the respondents.

To add a key, click the Add button in the top left portion of the panel. You will then be given a new text area to type into. When finished, click the save button on the right of the text box.

The Penguin system is designed to guarantee anonymous responses, even when respondent emails are loaded into the system. It is possible to load identifying information into the respondent metadata; doing so will defeat the anonymizing design features.
