Use this page to manually create and populate a respondent pool. Use "Properties," "Metadata" and "Respondents" functions of a Respondent Pool to edit an existing Pool. The Import function will automatically create a new respondent pool, including all its metadata and respondents using data in an XML file.
The fields are:
- Respondent Pool Name: (required) name that will be shown for this pool throughout the system.
- Respondent Pool Description: (optional) gives you space to give more information about this pool.
- Start Date: (optional) Tells the system when to turn on this Respondent Pool. If omitted, inherits from survey.
- End Date: (optional) Tells the system when to turn off this Respondent Pool. If omitted, inherits from survey.
- Delivery Type: (See Survey Delivery Modes )
- Disabled: (normally unchecked) check if you want the Respondent Pool to be deactivated to respondents taking the survey, regardless of the start and end dates.
- Completion URL: (optional) url that this pool will see as a "thank you" when a survey in completed. If omitted, inherits from survey.
