Blackboard Learning System CE - formerly WebCT

Where is WebCT?

WebCT is now called the Blackboard learning system CE. This eLearning system is the primary online environment used by the WSU Pullman campus for online classes and class materials. In 2006 Blackboard and WebCT merged and Blackboard now owns the product formerly known as WebCT.
