If you would like to change your password, but haven't forgotten it, go here: https://webutil.wsu.edu/apps/changepwd/Default.aspx If you have somehow forgotten your password to your Network ID, there is an option on the MyWSU site (http://my.wsu.edu) for you to reset your password.

Once on the MyWSU site, select Reset Password as shown below.

In this new window, enter your Network ID.

You will then be asked a series of questions to confirm your identity. After this, it will give you the opportunity for you to change your password.

When you are answering your secret question, if there is a space or hyphen (-) in the answer that you know of, then it will not accept your answer. If you run into this problem, or if it asks you for a one-time access code, you must call one of the numbers listed below this page. For a list of password requirements, go here: https://webutil.wsu.edu/apps/myNetworkProfileHelp/PWHelp.aspx
