Student Enrollments in eLearning (Blackboard CE version 8)

Student class lists are automatically loaded into the eLearning course. There is an automatic linkup with the registration system. Adds and Drops for eLearning courses are updated nightly. So once each night new adds are put into the grade book and drops are unenrolled from the grade book.

Students if you added the class today, your course will usually not appear in eLearning until the next morning after the nightly updates. During busier semester start-up, we do update course lists more frequently.

Faculty you do not have to add your students and in fact you cannot add students. If you have any students who are not officially registered that need access, such as for an incomplete, please contact the eLearning administrator via email ctlt@wsu.edu. This email is only for enrollment issues for instructors and not for general questions or issues. Please see the help portal for other issues.
